Using a centuries–old method created by the Aztecs, vine–ripened red jalapeño peppers are slow–smoked to perfection over smoldering pecan wood, infusing the peppers with a rich, smoky flavor. The resulting chipotle peppers are used to create our TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce – a dark, full–bodied sauce ideally balanced in heat and flavor.
Front-of-House
Anything your operation serves right off the grill will come alive with its smooth, smoky flavor. Your customers can sprinkle it on like a condiment, or pour it on like a meat sauce – whether they’re eating burgers, burritos, steaks, or ribs.
Back-of-House
Using TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce back-of-house means there’s no ingredients to mix in the kitchen. You benefit from a consistent product every time, and there’s less labor cost. It’s so versatile, your back-of-house staff can use it as a "plus–one sauce" with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and salad dressing, or for any kind of grilling, marinating, or basting.
