TABASCO® Garlic Sauce

Take the flavor of Original TABASCO® Sauce, combine it with the great taste of garlic, and you have TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce. This mild sauce blends the flavor of garlic with three different peppers – a smooth cayenne, a small amount of oak–aged tabasco pepper mash, and mellow red jalapeño.

Front-of-House
If your operation serves Italian favorites, your garlic–loving customers will use TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce to punch up everything from marinara sauce to pizza.

Back-of-House
Back-of-house, add garlicky heat to Italian, Thai, American, and Szechwan cuisine. Try it in Garlic Pesto Pizza, Italian Drumsticks, Grilled Cheese Panini, Ying–Yang Pork, and more.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Artichokes with Roasted Garlic Remoulade

Yield: 8 servings

ROASTED GARLIC REMOULADE - Combine all remoulade ingredients in a food processor, process until well-blended.

GRILLED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS AND ARTICHOKES - Remove stems from Portobello mushrooms, cut outer leaves and tips off artichoke, remove the choke from inside.

Combine mushroom caps, artichoke, oil and vinegar and marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove from marinade, season with salt, grill, and serve with remoulade.

Grill on medium heat until lightly browned and hot, approx. 12-15 min.

Serve with Roasted Garlic Remoulade.
