Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable oil as needed
Onions, minced 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1/2 cup
Plum tomatoes, chopped 3 cups
White beans, canned, cooked 2 cups
Chicken stock 3 cups
Parsley, fresh, chopped 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 cup
Chicken breast, cooked, cubed 1 cup
Croutons, crisp 1-1/2 cups
Salt and pepper as needed
Parmesan cheese, grated as needed


  1. In a soup pot, heat vegetable oil until smoking. Sauté onions, garlic, and tomatoes for 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
  2. Add white beans and chicken stock; cook while stirring until soup comes to a slow boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in fresh parsley, Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, cubed chicken and croutons. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. For each portion, ladle 4 oz. stew into a bowl and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
