Ingredients Weight Measure
Walnuts 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Red peppers, roasted 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper as needed
Chicken stock 5 cups
Chicken breast, cooked, cubed 1-1/2 cups
Parmesan cheese as needed
Parsley, fresh, chopped as needed
Baguette bread slices, toasted 12 ea.


  1. In a food processor, combine walnuts, TABASCO® Sauce, chopped garlic, and roasted red peppers. Pulse-grind until smooth; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper; reserve.
  2. In a soup pot, heat the chicken stock until just boiling. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the fire and add cubed chicken breast.
  3. For each portion: ladle 5 oz. soup into a bowl; stir in 1 Tbsp. of mixture from first step. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and a slice of toasted baguette.
