Ingredients Weight Measure
Cream cheese, softened 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce, divided 2 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Olives, queen size, pimentos removed and discarded and olives rinsed 36 ea.
Kosher salt 4 oz.
Vodka or lemon vodka 24 oz.
Dry white vermouth to taste


  1. Mix softened cream cheese with 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce and place into a piping bag with a small star tip.
  2. Fill olives from core to tip with cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
  3. Freeze martini glass for at least 1 hour. Remove from freezer, dip rim into a TABASCO®-filled shallow plate (to reduce heat level, add lemon juice to plate, if desired).
  4. Dip rim into kosher salt and fill glass with vodka and vermouth mixture.
  5. Skewer three olives side to side and place in drink.
