FRESH OYSTER DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz.
Yellow mustard 2 oz.
Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 4 oz.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Blend well with a wire whip until smooth.
  2. Place 12 fresh oysters on the half shell on an iced platter. Place 3 oz. of sauce in a ramekin and center it on the platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge and parsley sprig.

Yield: 8 oz.
