Ingredients Weight Measure
Red onion, sliced 8 oz.
Shallots, sliced 8 oz.
Garlic, sliced 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 4 oz.
Cream cheese 1-1/2 lbs.
Smoked salmon, chilled and chopped 1-1/2 lbs.
Chives, chopped 1 oz.
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Crusty bread 2 loaves


  1. Sauté red onions, shallots, garlic, and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce with olive oil until golden in color. In a food processor, whip cream cheese and smoked salmon until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except bread.
  3. Slice and toast bread until golden brown; serve with spread.
