HABANERO TABASCO®–PARMESAN BUTTER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter, unsalted 1 lb.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Itialian parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese 6 Tbsp.
Pimentos, drained, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Cream butter in mixer.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  3. Roll into log with parchment paper or plastic wrap and freeze.
