DEVILS EGG SALAD SANDWICH

Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs, whole, boiled, peeled and chopped 3-1/2 cups
Mayonnaise, prepared 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper as needed
White bread, toasted and sandwich-cut 24 slices
Green leaf lettuce 12 leaves

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and TABASCO® Sauce. Mix and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. For each sandwich: place 4-1/2 oz. of egg salad on 1 slice of toasted white bread, top with 1 leaf of lettuce and another slice of white bread.

Yield: 12 servings
