TABASCO® BUFFALO MASHED POTATOES

Yukon Gold potatoes 5 lbs.
Kosher salt 1 Tbsp.
Buttermilk, hot 1 qt.
Butter 1-1/2 sticks
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Black pepper to taste
Blue cheese, crumbled 2/3 cup
Italian parsley, chopped 1/3 cup

Method

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes. Cover potatoes with 2" cold water, add salt and bring to a boil; boil until soft. Rice potatoes.
  2. Add hot buttermilk, butter, TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce and black pepper. Whip together thoroughly. Fold in blue cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
