Tomato sauce 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, divided 4 oz.
Potatoes, mashed 1-1/2 qts.
Cilantro 3 Tbsp.
Green onion 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Red peppers, canned 1/2 cup
Ground beef, lean 4 lbs.
Eggs 4 ea.
Seasoned breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Black pepper 2 Tbsp.


  1. Mix tomato sauce and 2 oz. TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Set aside.
  2. Make mashed potatoes and add 2 oz. TABASCO®: Chipotle Pepper Sauce, cilantro, green onions, cheddar cheese and roasted peppers. Cool them on a sheet tray.
  3. Mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, black pepper and 1/2 of TABASCO® tomato sauce.
  4. On parchment paper, roll meat mixture into a 12"x16" rectangle, 3/4" thick.
  5. Spread potato mix over the meat, leaving a 1/4" border.
  6. Roll the meat and potato mix into a log and keep tight. This will give a pinwheel effect.
  7. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature of 145°F is acheived.
  8. Let the loaf rest at least 1/2 hour before slicing and serving with mashed potatoes.
