Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz.
Apple juice 32 oz.
Sugar 12 oz.
Mangoes 2 ea.
Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined 120 ea.
Skewers 24 ea.


  1. Combine TABASCO® Sauce, apple juice and sugar.
  2. In a large sauce pot, Bring these ingredients to boil.
  3. Cool completely until chilled.
  4. Dice mangoes and blend into chilled mixture.
  5. Add 5 shrimp to each skewer, grill and frequently baste with sauce.
