Red Shrimp

Green Shrimp

TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 4 oz.
Parsley, chopped 4 tsp.
Lemon juice 4 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard 4 Tbsp.
Celery salt 2 tsp.

Sauce

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomato juice 9 cups
Extra-strong horseradish 3 Tbsp.
Black pepper 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 4 Tbsp.
Celery salt 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp.

Garnish

Celery stalks, tops 12 ea.

Method

  1. To prepare Red Shrimp, toss shrimp with remaining ingredients and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Grill on both sides and keep warm.
  2. To prepare Green Shrimp, toss shrimp with remaining ingredients and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Grill on both sides and keep warm.
  3. Blend together all Sauce ingredients and serve in a 6-oz. wine glass over small cubed ice. Arrange 3 ea. of the warm Red Shrimp and Green Shrimp on each glass.
  4. Garnish with a celery stalk in the center.
