Ingredients Weight Measure
Heavy cream 4 cups
Instant coffee granules 1 Tbsp.
Egg yolks 8 ea.
Sugar 5 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 3/4 tsp.
Milk chocolate, shaved 1-1/2 oz.


  1. Heat cream to gentle simmer; add coffee granules.
  2. Beat egg yolks and gradually add sugar; beat until mixture is ribbon-like. Add TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  3. Slowly drizzle in hot cream, whisking in gently.
  4. Bake at 325°F.
  5. Chill thoroughly and serve topped with chocolate curls.
