Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Milk 1 qt.
Risotto rice 4 oz.
Granulated sugar 3 oz.
Sweet butter 2 oz.
Vanilla bean 1 Tbsp.


  1. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and bring to a boil while stirring with a wooden spoon.
  2. Reduce to a simmer and stir occasionally for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Remove 1 cup of rice pudding and stir into it remaining tsp. of TABASCO® Sauce.
  4. Divide rice pudding into 12 dessert glasses and swirl in 1 Tbsp. of spicy TABASCO®. Serve warm or cold.
