BAKED SALMON CHIPOTLE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Salmon, fillet 6 oz.
Onion, minced 1 oz.
Breadcrumbs 1 oz.

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and spread on salmon fillet.
  2. Top the mayonnaise mixture with minced onion and top onion with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden.
