Ingredients Weight Measure
Flour tortilla 1 ea.
Mayonnaise, prepared 1 Tbsp.
Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Romaine lettuce 1 leaf
Bacon, prepared 4 slices
Jack cheese, shredded 1 oz.
Tomato, diced, 1/2" 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 tsp.
Salt 1/8 tsp.
Lime juice 1 Tbsp.
Tomatillo, roasted, chopped 3 oz.


  1. Heat tortilla and place on flat surface.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and cilantro and spread on tortilla.
  3. Place lettuce leaf flat on mayonnaise mixture and put bacon on leaf.
  4. In another bowl, mix tomato, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, salt, lime juice and tomatillo. Pour mixture on bacon.
  5. Roll into a burrito.
