CREAMY MANGO ICE CREAM WITH A KICK

Ingredients Weight Measure
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/3 cup
Cream of tartar 1/8 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Mangoes, pureed 2 cups
Heavy cream, whipped 1 qt.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except mango puree and heavy whipped cream. It should make 1 cup.
  2. Then add mango puree and whipped cream.
  3. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to machine's directions or overnight in your freezer.
  4. You may garnish with fresh fruits, or other TABASCO® Sauces to heighten flavors.

Yield: 12 servings
