DUCK TOSTADOS WITH GINGER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Honey 4 Tbsp.
Ginger, grated 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Cardamom, ground 1 tsp.
Duck, prepared, shredded 12 oz.
Tostados, prepared, 3" 5 ea.
Salsa, mango, prepared 3/4 cup
Cilantro leaves 1 oz.

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, ginger, TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, cardamom and duck.
  2. Place duck mixture on each tostado, top with mango salsa and cilantro leaves and serve hot.
