Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Southwestern seasoning mix 2 tsp.
Halibut fillet 8 oz.
Lettuce, shredded 1 oz.
Tomatoes, diced 1/2" 1 oz.
White flour tortilla, 12" 1 ea.
Sour cream 1 Tbsp.
Avocado slices 4 ea.


  1. Combine TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and Southwestern seasoning. Rub on fish fillet and marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill fish fillet 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
  3. Cut into small strips.
  4. Warm tortilla (in hot oven or in dry sauté pan over medium heat) enough to make pliable.
  5. Put fish, shredded lettuce and tomatoes in center of tortilla. Wrap, tucking in both sides. Cut on a bias.
  6. Garnish each taco with 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream and serve with avocado slices on plate.

Yield: 1 serving (2 Tacos)

Any firm white fish may be substituted.
