SMOKY ALFREDO PIZZA

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Alfredo sauce, prepared 1/2 cup
Pizza crust, 12" 1 ea.
Chicken link sausage, cooked, sliced 1/4" 3 oz.
Sun-dried tomatoes, julienne 1 oz.
Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded 3 oz.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Using a small mixing bowl, combine TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and Alfredo sauce. Ladle over and to within 1/2" of the edge of the pizza crust.
  3. Top pizza with sausage and sun-dried tomatoes, placing evenly over sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted.

Yield: 1 pizza
