CHIPOTLE BARBECUED CHICKEN

Ingredients Weight Measure
Ketchup 3/4 cup
Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Brown sugar 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Chicken, drumsticks or thighs 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine first five ingredients to make a sauce.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the chicken with half the sauce and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, brush remaining sauce on chicken and return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
