Ingredients Weight Measure
Shrimp, peeled, deveined, 16-20 ct. 5 ea.
Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 tsp.
Tomatoes, diced, 1/2" 1 Tbsp.
Orzo, cooked, warm 5 oz.
Cilantro, chopped 1 tsp.


  1. Marinate shrimp in orange juice and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, refrigerated, for 1 hour.
  2. Place shrimp and marinade in small skillet and sauté until shrimp are cooked. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes.
  3. Mound warm orzo on serving plate, pour shrimp and orange sauce over and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Yield: 1 serving
