Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken, rotisserie, whole 1 ea.
Cole slaw mix, prepared, bagged 10 oz. 2 ea.
Scallions, chopped 1 bunch
Pepper, red, seeded, chopped 2 ea.
Buttermilk 1 cup
TABASCO®:, brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Vinegar, rice 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, finely chopped 1 clove
Salt and Pepper To taste


  1. Pull all the meat off the chicken.
  2. In a large salad bowl, place cole slaw mix, scallions and red peppers.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the buttermilk, TABASCO® brand Habanero Pepper Sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add chicken and dressing to salad and toss.
  5. Serve.
