Spicy Salsa Vinaigrette

Vegetable oil 1 cup
Red wine vinegar 1 cup
Oregano 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Salsa, medium heat 1 qt.

Salad

Ingredients Weight Measure
Romaine lettuce, 3" pieces 2 oz.
Corn, roasted 2 oz.
Bacon, cooked, diced, 1/2" pieces 1/2 oz.
Chicken, cooked, diced, 1/2" pieces 2 oz.
Avocado, diced, 1/2" pieces 2 oz.
Cotija cheese, crumbled 1 oz.
Bleu cheese, crumbled 1 oz.
Tortillas, fried, 18" strips 1 oz.
Spicy Salsa Vinaigrette with TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce (recipe above) 4 oz.

Method

  1. For the Spicy Salsa Vinaigrette, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl and hold.
  2. For the Salad, spread 1 oz. lettuce around the rim on each plate.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Toss with dressing and serve.

Yield: 1 serving
