Ingredients Weight Measure
California avocados, ripe 2 ea.
Garlic 1 clove
Lime, juice of 1 ea.
Shallots 2 ea.
Chicken broth 1/4 cup or as needed.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips and threaded on skewers 6 ea.


  1. In a blender, combine everything except the chicken, salt and pepper until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
  2. Grill or broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Serve chicken with guacamole sauce in a bowl for dipping.

Yield: 6 appetizer servings
