Chicken, drumettes 1 lb. 8 ea.
TABASCO®; brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, divided 9 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Blue cheese dressing, prepared 3/4 cup
Blue cheese, crumbled 1/4 oz.
Panko breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
Flour 1/4 cup


  1. Shape drumettes.
  2. Holding drumette by small end, use a boning knife to scrape meat toward the large end to form a ball.
  3. Marinate drumettes in 1/2 cup TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and garlic for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  4. Combine blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese and the remaining 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
  5. Bake drumettes in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes until done. Remove and hold warm.
  6. Just before serving, coat cooked drumettes with combination of panko breadcrumbs and flour.
  7. Deep fry at 350°F until golden brown.
  8. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
