Ingredients Weight Measure
Saifun noodles 6 oz.
Soy sauce 4 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Green onion, minced 1 tsp.
Shrimp, peeled, deveined, 16-20 count 4-1/2 oz. 5-6 ea.
Vegetable oil, divided 3 Tbsp.
Mushroom, sliced 3 oz.
Eggplant, peeled, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Peas, cooked 2 oz.


  1. Place Saifun noodles between 2 metal bowls. Hold bowls together with long tongs and deep-fry noodles into shape of 6" bowl.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, vinegar and onions. Pour half of the mixture into glass container, add shrimp and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
  3. In a sauté pan, add 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, cook mushrooms until done and transfer to another dish.
  4. In the same sauté pan, add 1 Tbsp. oil, cook eggplant till done and transfer to separate dish.
  5. In the same sauté pan, add 1 Tbsp. oil and cook shrimp until done.
  6. Into noodle bowl, layer peas, then eggplant, mushrooms and shrimp.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over contents in bowl and serve.
