SPICY LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN SKEWERS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Rosemary, dried 1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into 12 strips 2 ea.

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the rosemary, lemon juice, oil and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Place chicken strips in the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Skewer chicken strips and grill or broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with ranch dressing or any other favorite dip.
