Bay shrimp, chopped 3 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 3/4 tsp.
Butter 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 oz.
Breadcrumbs 1 oz.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Black pepper dash
Italian parsley, minced 1 Tbsp.
Shrimp, peeled, deveined, 16/20 count 6 ea.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, butter, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. Butterfly each shrimp almost in half to form a pocket and spoon chopped shrimp mixture onto each shrimp to hold its shape.
  4. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
