Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Shrimp, 21/25, shelled and deveined 3/4 lb.
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tsp.
Ketchup 3 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Sesame seed hamburger buns 4 ea.
Coleslaw, prepared 1 cup


  1. In a large nonstick pan, heat oil over moderately high heat until hot, but not smoking, and sauté shrimp with salt and pepper 2 to 3 minutes, or until just cooked through.
  2. As shrimp cook, transfer them with a slotted spoon to a plate and cool.
  3. Cut each shrimp in half horizontally and in bowl toss with mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and TABASCO® Sauce, and spread evenly on buns.
  5. Make sandwiches on buns with shrimp and coleslaw.
