THREE-ALARM WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Evaporated milk 2/3 cup
Sugar 1-2/3 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 tsp.
Miniature marshmallows 2 cups
White chocolate chips 1-1/2 cups
Red cinnamon hard candies, crushed 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Using a 2-qt. saucepan, mix milk, sugar and salt. Heat to boiling.
  2. Boil and stir for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Stir in TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, marshmallows and white chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Add crushed cinnamon candies. Pour into pan and refrigerate until firm.

Yield: 3 dozen 1-1/2-inch squares
