Ingredients Weight Measure
Garlic cloves 3 ea.
Onion, medium, coarsely chopped 1 ea.
Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
Chocolate, bittersweet or semisweet 2 oz.
Chicken broth 1/4 cup
Oregano, dried 1/2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Chicken, cut up 1 ea.
Salt and pepper as needed


  1. In a blender combine all ingredients except the chicken, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Add oil to the pan, then the chicken and brown evenly. Cover chicken with puree. Reduce heat and cover. Cook 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
