TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/3 cup
Butter 6 Tbsp.
Italian, dressing mix, dry envelope 1 ea.
Kaiser rolls, halved 4 ea.
Lettuce leaves 4 ea.
Chicken breast, halves, with skin 4 ea.
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Egg 1 ea.
Milk 1/2 cup
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Blue cheese dressing 4 Tbsp.


  1. Stir 1/3 cup TABASCO® Sauce, butter and dressing mix in heavy medium saucepan over low heat until sauce is smooth; add more hot sauce, if desired.
  2. Arrange roll bottoms on plates. Top each with lettuce leaf and 2 Tbsp. sauce.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt; dust lightly with flour. Mix egg and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg wash with salt; dust lightly with flour again.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; sauté until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and dry on a paper towel. Toss in TABASCO® Sauce. Assemble sandwiches.
