ROAST BEEF WRAPS

Ranch salad dressing 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Flour tortillas, 10", warmed 4 ea.
Deli roast beef, sliced thin 8 ea.
Onion, chopped 1/4 cup
Tomato, chopped 1 cup
Salad greens, mixed, torn 2 cups
American cheese 8 slices

Method

  1. Combine salad dressing and TABASCO® Sauce. Reserve cold.
  2. To assemble each wrap, spread 1 warm tortilla with 2 Tbsp. salad dressing; layer with 2 slices roast beef, 1 Tbsp. onions, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup salad greens and 2 slices cheese.
  3. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling. Roll up open end of tortilla toward opposite edge. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Yield: 4 servings
