HERBED EGG SALAD SANDWICHES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped 4 ea.
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp.
Sour cream 2 Tbsp.
Parsley, fresh, minced 2 Tbsp.
Scallion, minced 1 ea.
Juice, lemon 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Lemon, zest, freshly grated to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole-grain bread, sliced 8 slices

Method

  1. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients except bread, until combined well. Assemble sandwiches.
