Frozen Belgian waffles, 4"x4 " 2 ea.
Strawberries, sliced 3 oz.
Strawberry dessert topping, prepared 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Crème fraîche 2 Tbsp.
Mint, chopped 1 tsp.


  1. Thaw frozen waffles; set aside.
  2. Combine strawberries, strawberry topping and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce in small bowl, cover and hold refrigerated.
  3. Combine crème fraîche and mint in small bowl, cover and hold refrigerated.
  4. Heat or toast waffles until crispy and golden brown, place on serving plate, overlapping waffles, and ladle with strawberry topping.
  5. Top with crème fraîche and serve.

Yield: 1 serving
