Ingredients Weight Measure
Curry, powder 2 tsp.
Thyme, dried 1 tsp.
Onion, finely chopped 1/2 ea.
Rice wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Portabella mushrooms 6 ea.
Hamburger buns 6 ea.
Lettuce leaves 6 ea.
Tomato slices 6 ea.


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together everything except mushrooms, buns, lettuce and tomato.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add mushrooms and toss to coat with marinade.
  4. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from marinade, grill or broil for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato.
