Eggs 3 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tsp.
Onion, diced 1/4" 1 oz.
Yellow bell pepper, diced 1/4" 1/2 oz.
Green bell pepper, diced 1/4" 1/2 oz.
Red bell pepper, diced 1/4" 1/4 oz.
Chorizo, crumbled, cooked 1 oz.


  1. Using a mixing bowl, combine eggs and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce.
  2. In a sauté pan, combine 1 tsp. oil, onions and peppers. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Using a buttered 10" omelet pan, pour in egg mixture and cook until half done.
  4. Add chorizo and pepper mixture. Fold omelet and cook until done.

Yield: 1 portion
