Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs 4 ea.
Feta, crumbled 1 cup
Scallions, finely chopped 1 bunch
Zucchini, grated 2 ea.
Mint, fresh, chopped 10 leaves
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil, for frying as needed
Hamburger buns 6 ea.
Sour cream 6 Tbsp.


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, feta, scallions, zucchini, mint, flour and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix well and form 6 patties.
  3. Heat 1" of oil in a large skillet.
  4. Fry each patty until golden and crisp.
  5. Place on a burger bun bottom and top with sour cream before placing on bun top.

Yield: 6 servings
