PROSCIUTTO AND PEPPER FRITATTA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Onion, diced 1/4" 3 oz.
Green pepper, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Red pepper, diced 1/2" 3 oz.
Prosciutto, diced 1/2" 2 oz.
Garlic, minced 1/2 oz.
Eggs 8 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tbsp.
Heavy cream 1 cup

Method

  1. In a medium size sauté pan, combine oil, onions and peppers. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add prosciutto and garlic and continue cooking for 3 minutes and then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and heavy cream.
  4. Add sautéed ingredients to bowl and pour into well-greased Pyrex® baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden.
