SPICY HAWAIIAN PORK BURGERS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pork, ground 2 lbs.
Ketchup 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Buns, hamburger 6 ea.
Rings, pineapple, drained 1 can
Onion, red, sliced 2 ea.
Lettuce, leaves 6 ea.
Tomato, slices 6 ea.
Mayonnaise 6 Tbsp.

Method

  1. In a bowl combine pork, ketchup, TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce. and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form six patties and grill or broil for six to eight minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Place burgers on buns and top with a pineapple ring, sliced onion, lettuce, and tomato.
