TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Basil pesto sauce, prepared 1/3 cup
Pizza crust, 12", baked 1 ea.
Mozzarella, thin-sliced 3 oz.
Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled 3 oz.
Fennel, shaved 1 oz.


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Using a small mixing bowl, combine TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and pesto sauce. Spread sauce over pizza crust.
  3. Lay mozzarella slices evenly over sauce. Top with Italian sausage and fennel.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted.

Yield: 1 12-inch pizza
