Ingredients Weight Measure
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
Coconut milk, divided 1/2 cup
Juice of 2 limes 2 ea.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 ea.
Ginger, grated 2 Tbsp.
Cumin, ground 2 Tbsp.
Coriander, ground 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Chicken breasts, boneless, 6-4 oz. 24 oz.
Peanut butter 3 Tbsp.
Lettuce, shredded 6 oz.
Bread buns 6 ea.


  1. In a medium bowl, combine, soy sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce.
  2. Stir together and taste, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  3. Remove 1/4 cup and reserve.
  4. Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap on the counter.
  5. Pound to 1/2" thickness. Place chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat.
  6. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours, refrigerated.
  7. Whisk peanut butter into reserved marinade until smooth.
  8. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or broil for 6-8 minutes each side or until cooked through. Place on the bun and top with peanut sauce and lettuce.
