SMOKED SALMON PIZZETTAS

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Geen Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Cheese, cream 8 oz.
Crust, pizza, 3", baked 6 ea.
Dill, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Salmon, smoked 9 oz.
Capers 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl combine TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce and cream cheese.
  2. Spread cheese mixture over each pizza crust and sprinkle with dill.
  3. Arrange salmon in a rose shape in center of each pizza and top center of salmon with capers and serve.

Yield: 6 portions
