Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3 oz.
Pizza crust, 12" 1 ea.
Poblano pepper, roasted, 1/4" strips 3 oz.
Canned green chiles, 1/4" strips 3 oz.
Corn, roasted 2 oz.
Cotijo cheese, crumbled 3 oz.
Cilantro 1 Tbsp.


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oil and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and brush on pizza crust.
  3. Spread peppers, corn and cheese on pizza and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.

Yield: 1 12-inch pizza
