Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces 6 ea.
Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 ea.
Artichoke hearts, frozen, defrosted 9 oz.
Onion, medium, chopped 1 ea.
Thyme, dried 1 tsp.
Canned chicken broth 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and stir. Top with breadcrumbs and return to oven for 20 minutes or until top is golden.
  5. Serve with rice.
