GREEN CHILE VEGGIE BURGER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable oil 1/2 tsp.
Frozen veggie patty, defrosted 1 ea.
Mayonnaise 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Hamburger bun 1 ea.
Green chile, canned 2 oz.
Jack cheese, sliced 1 ea.
Romaine lettuce 1 ea.
Alfalfa sprouts 1/2 oz.
Red onion, 1/2" rings 1 ea.

Method

  1. Add oil to sauté pan, brush veggie patty with 1 tsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and cook until done on both sides; hold warm.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and 1/2 tps. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and spread on both insides of hamburger bun.
  3. Place veggie patty on bottom bun and top with green chiles, cheese, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts and red onions and serve.
