Ingredients Weight Measure
Guava nectar 1 cup
Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Red onion, medium, chopped 1/2 ea.
Garlic clove, finely chopped 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Chicken breast, boneless 6 ea.


  1. In a small saucepan, combine everything except the chicken. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and let simmer until liquids are reduced by 1/2.
  2. Drizzle glaze over chicken breasts and grill or broil for 6-8 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Brush on remaining glaze and serve.
