Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.
Onion, medium, chopped 1 ea.
Garlic, clove, finely chopped 2 ea.
Chicken breasts, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces 4 ea.
Green pepper, seeded, chopped 1 ea.
Canned pineapple chunks, drained 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Chicken broth 1 cup


  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oil, onions and garlic. Cook for 1 minute; then add the chicken and brown evenly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice.

Yield: 6 servings
